Aston Health is seeking a motivated Admissions Director to lead our admissions process, drive census growth, and ensure every patient experiences a seamless transition into our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

As our Admissions Director, you'll be at the heart of our mission, guiding families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care experiences.

What You'll Do as Admissions Director:

  • Oversee the full admissions process from referral to post-admission, ensuring smooth patient transitions using the Genesis Core Operating System (PCC)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and Genesis HealthCare Area entities to meet census goals and optimize quality mix
  • Lead the center's sales program to maximize customer satisfaction, public image, and ADC goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, driving consistent, high-quality referrals
  • Provide prospective patients and responsible parties with guidance, information, and support in selecting the right care

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare admissions or marketing
  • Long-term care experience required
  • Knowledge of Medicare, third-party billing, and medical terminology
  • Ability to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians and caregivers
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
