We're seeking a dynamic Admissions Representative with a 
track record of success
 in for-profit beauty, wellness, and/or career education — someone who can hit the ground running, inspire prospects, and help us grow the next generation of beauty professionals.

Your Impact

  • Guide prospective students through the admissions journey from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Conduct engaging campus tours that convert visitors into future students.
  • Manage leads effectively in 
    YNOT CRM
    , ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data.
  • Meet and exceed enrollment and conversion goals with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Partner with Marketing and Financial Aid teams to create a seamless student experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 
    2 years of high-performance admissions or sales experience
     in a 
    for-profit
     beauty, wellness and/or career college environment.
  • Exceptional communicator who connects easily with prospective students and motivates them to act.
  • Driven, organized, and coachable — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong CRM and technology skills; YNOT experience a plus.
  • A passion for education and the life-changing power of beauty and wellness careers.
