Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Admissions Liasion to lead our admissions process and help families navigate enrollment with compassion and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment and enjoys building relationships while ensuring compliance with Medicaid and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective families through the admissions process with warmth and clarity
- Manage intake documentation, eligibility verification, and Medicaid compliance
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new participants
- Develop outreach strategies to grow enrollment and strengthen community partnerships
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare admissions, case management, or senior care preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid and adult day care regulations a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly valued
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused
