Whats unique about this job (What you'll do)

This role leads IT where it matters most — on the frontline. As Regional IT Manager, you will oversee IT service delivery across multiple states, ensuring uptime, responsiveness, and reliability for club systems. You'll manage Technicians and Tech Support Specialits, guide their development, and make sure our POS, kiosks, handhelds, and back-office systems perform without interruption. From new club openings to scaling global IT initiatives, you'll turn enterprise technology into day-to-day enablement. (Experience leading large-scale
helpdesk/service delivery teams
will serve you well here.)

What You'll Do

• Lead regional IT operations, managing IT Technicians and Tech Support Specialits
• Ensure service delivery at clubs and facilities: uptime, incident response, SLA compliance, and timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee performance of POS, kiosks, handhelds, back office, and member-facing systems.
• Supervise and develop IT Technicians, building pathways into broader IT roles.
• Manage infrastructure resilience: internet connectivity, networks, IoT devices.
• Oversee vendor and telecom partnerships, including service levels and escalations.
• Partner with enterprise IT to adapt and land advanced solutions (POS, ERP, Elera, WMS/TMS).
• Drive IT projects for new club openings, market entries, and modernization programs.
• Pilot and validate new technologies before regional rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security practices, and local regulations.
• Develop documentation and operating procedures to standardize IT operations.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of IT leadership in multi-country retail, distribution, or operations.
• Strong experience managing service delivery, incident response, and infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of retail technologies (POS, kiosks, handhelds, Elera, WMS/TMS).
• Hands-on expertise in Windows Server, VMware, AS400.
• Proven ability to develop IT talent and build career mobility.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
