What You'll Be Doing

  • Draft, proof, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery in State, Federal, and administrative courts.
  • Track depositions, hearings, trials, and every key deadline.
  • Organize exhibits, witness kits, binders, and logistics like a pro.
  • Keep the administrative side running: time entries, billing, and expenses completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain document databases, e-filings, and case files.

What You'll Bring

  • 6-15 years
    of civil litigation experience in California State and Federal courts.
  • Strong experience with
    employment law and administrative agency filings preferred.
  • Proven success supporting attorneys through every stage of trial.
