The Budd Group is seeking a highly driven Branch Manager of Specialty Services to take the reins of a thriving operation. Focus: Drive Operations and Expand Revenue
Reporting to the Regional Manager/Area Vice President, you will lead a diverse team of cleaning, disinfection, floor, and project technicians. Your primary focus is on the flawless, high-quality execution of specialty services while actively managing and executing a business plan for expansion, new sales, and maximizing existing account revenue. This position is critical to our department's future success and profitability.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Growth & Sales: Actively manage and execute a business plan to renew, expand, and develop the route business. Focus on account up-sale improvement with new products and services to ensure a strong, recurring revenue stream. Accountable for achieving sales and margin goals.

Operational Excellence: Lead the daily logistics and execution of all service routes, including route optimization, daily inventory control (supplies, chemicals, PPE, vehicles), and daily account functions (audits, equipment reconciliation, etc.).

Team Leadership: Hire, train, develop, and coach all service and route technicians, including performance monitoring, certification, and daily compliance. Promote a culture of safety and empowered, self-directed teamwork.

Financial & Risk Management: Manage project budgets, anticipate workflow and work demand, and analyze and overcome program risks. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily invoices.

Customer Relations: Conduct 100% of quarterly customer contacts and audits, ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality standards.

The Profile We're Looking For

Entrepreneurial Operator: Demonstrated experience managing operations across different lines of business with a strong understanding of revenue management and business growth strategies.

Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent managerial experience.

Analytical Skills: Must be able to interpret reports and performance tracking mechanisms, analyze sales opportunities, and develop route structure based on new accounts and expansion.

Mobility: Willingness to travel locally 70% in the field to manage operations, coach teams, and maintain customer relations.

Skills: Must possess a clean driving record, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work ethically and independently with high energy and an ability to multitask.
