Office Administrator

Cisco Air Systems, the Master Distributor for Ingersoll Rand industrial air compressors, is seeking an Estimator. We are a five (5) time winner of the prestigious Ingersoll Rand distributor of the year award in the United States since 2004: 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019.

Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage all safety sites associated with our customers

-Conduct weekly and monthly safety walks. Also ensure the other districts are completing their walks.

-Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

- Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and trainings

- Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining office documents

- Provide training and development support to team members

- Oversee Safety supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Support team management by coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress

-Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

- Knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs specifically Excel

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma and 1+ years experience in related field required.
