Summary of Position:

Assist the Industry Relations & Awards department with tasks surrounding the membership application and renewal period, board and committee meetings, database/CRM updates and maintenance, ongoing membership benefits and programming, award eligibility tracking, artist gifting program, ticketing, and all industry relations efforts. Act as a liaison when needed with board members, VIP donors/sponsors, charity beneficiaries, nominees, members, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Membership/Award duties include:

o Compare and identify potential new members across documents

o Assist in communication with member captains from the ACM Board

o Update member contact information

o Contact and confirm all membership admins

o Monitor and record proof of membership & voting marketing efforts

o Collect and help create member communications

o Assist in updates to the award eligibility tracking documents

o Help with membership programming and events as needed

o Check spelling and grammatical errors on any document or spreadsheet

  • Monitor the Membership email account during busy communication periods
  • Maintain nominee contact information via nominee communications and the ACM Membership database
  • Oversee the buildout of the membership portal
  • Support membership events
  • Help with Award panel prep & scheduling
  • Assist with nomination reviews

· Artist/Industry Relations duties include:

o Coordinate industry meetings with the team

o Create mailing labels, write notes, and send packages for artist gifting program

o Check spelling and grammatical errors on any document or spreadsheet

o Assist with department-based research projects

Process ticket orders

o Assist in editing and maintaining board and ticket websites

o Great and assist industry with tickets and passes onsite

o Help create master grids for seating

o Monitor the Membership and Ticketing email accounts

o Prepare presentations, folders and agendas for Board of Director meetings

o Track all ACM artist outreach

o Update all ACM Talent Contact Grids
