Avanti Holdings, LLC is seeking a passionate and driven Studio Manager to lead our Orangetheory Fitness studio at Quarry Village in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
  • Drive membership growth and retention through sales, service, and community engagement.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and coaching team.
  • Track and achieve performance goals, including sales, net gain, and member satisfaction metrics.
  • Maintain studio standards in line with Orangetheory's brand and Avanti's expectations.

  • Experience: Sales and management experience in fitness, health, retail, or hospitality preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience in retail management or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of retail math and ability to analyze sales data to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for processing transactions and managing inventory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
