Staffing Now is currently seeking a Consultant Sr. Asset Integrity Analyst to lead risk assessments, inspections, and integrity evaluations of pipelines and SWD facilities. This role provides technical guidance, supports operational performance, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and integrity evaluations of pipelines and facilities.
- Design, execute, and monitor inspection programs with internal and third-party teams.
- Analyze historical data, operational conditions, and corrosion control measures to guide inspection and maintenance decisions.
- Provide technical oversight and support to Engineering, Operations, and Asset Reliability teams.
- Develop design specifications, project estimates, and quality control procedures.
- Ensure timely corrective actions and incident investigations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 10+ years in oil & gas engineering, with experience in Risk Management, Corrosion Engineering, or Pipeline Integrity.
- Proficient with CMMS software; Maximo experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of API, ASME, CCPS, and NACE standards.
- Root Cause Analysis / Incident Investigation training preferred.
- Able to travel up to 50% to Midland, TX
