As the Digital Project Controls Solutions Leader (Senior Manager), you'll drive growth services, implement PMCM systems, manage budgets and costs, oversee change management, and excel in schedule monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting, while providing real time solutions for our clients. What you'll do

• Provide hands on client solutions
• Lead project budget/cost management (e.g., project cost and commitments tracking, project cost forecast, labor, and other direct costs monitoring)
• Lead the preparation of project monthly reports, weekly change management reports and the program's online dashboard
• Develop and update CPM schedules in P6
• Use e-Builder, Unifier, Primavera P6, Oracle, Prism- Contruent, Procore, Power-BI, and Kahua, as well as Python, XML,SQL coding
• Develop intuitive and informative dashboards using Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access, SQL), XML, and Power BI
• Manage commercial operations, with an emphasis on project controls and financial issues
• Participate in program/project progress and status review meetings
• Communicate schedule status regularly via formal and informal meetings and reports
• Collaborate on new techniques and standards
• Apply advanced techniques and analysis independently
• Periodic business travel will be necessary.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum 10 years of project cost controls and project/construction management experience with extensive Primavera P6 scheduling experience
• Expertise in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, cost analysis and variance analysis
• Demonstrated digital solutions provider and client engagement ability
• Ability to develop and evaluate major program cost estimates and extended budget projections to identify and quantify critical budgetary, cost, schedule, technical, and programmatic risk factors
• Experience building and maintaining Primavera P6 resource loaded schedules and cost loaded schedules supporting forecasting and multi-year planning
• Program Management related experience

The base salary range for this position is $140,800.00 to $236, Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
