Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Myrtle Beach, SC for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to service standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff scheduling, supervising service performance, and maintaining quality control in food preparation and presentation. The supervisor will lead, train, and motivate the team while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Knowledge of Service Standards and best practices in food and beverage operations
  • Experience in Food Service and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food service management are a plus
