Role Description:

Entreprenista is seeking a strategic, tech-savvy operator to architect, optimize, and manage the integration of our marketing and revenue technology stack. This role will ensure our systems from HubSpot and Stripe to Circle and Webflow seamlessly connect to drive automated growth, clean data, member engagement, and revenue attribution across all business lines (membership, media, sales, sponsorships, and events).

You'll be the connector between strategy, marketing, product, and technology and ensure automation fuels our growth, data informs every decision, and our community's digital experience feels frictionless.

This is a remote position. You will be expected to work 9-6pm EST and show up on on camera on zoom calls.

Responsibilities:1. Systems & Data ArchitectureAudit and integrate Entreprenista's full tech stack to ensure clean, automated data flow across CRM, marketing, payments, and community platforms.
 Manage and optimize HubSpot as the central source of truth — including pipelines, workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring.
 Connect and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Stripe, SamCart, Circle, ClickUp, and Webflow (via Zapier or API).
 Establish and enforce data governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
 2. Revenue Process OptimizationMap the full customer lifecycle — from lead to member to renewal or sponsor — and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and upsells.
 Build automation workflows for membership renewals, re-engagement, sponsorship follow-ups, and onboarding.
 Develop dashboards and reporting that give leadership visibility into MRR, churn, CAC/LTV, and revenue attribution.
 Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to test, measure, and refine lead-to-revenue funnels.
 3. Strategic Planning & InsightsPartner with the Founders and leadership team to forecast growth, track KPIs, and identify new revenue opportunities.
 Translate business goals into scalable systems and automation strategies.
 Deliver actionable insights from data — showing what's driving revenue and what needs improvement.
 Support annual planning and reporting with data-driven models for forecasting and budgeting.
 4. Team Enablement & CollaborationTrain and empower team members to effectively use CRM and automation tools.
 Create documentation and SOPs for revenue operations processes.
 Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Membership, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure seamless revenue flow.Serve as the bridge between creative teams and technical systems. Requirements:6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations roles, ideally in a SaaS, media, or membership-based business.
 Advanced experience with HubSpot required.Experience building and scaling sales teams (setting up cold calling, sms, and email workflows)
 Strong understanding of marketing automation, funnel design, and data analytics.
 Experience integrating systems like Stripe, SamCart, Circle, Klaviyo, Webflow, ClickUp, Zapier, etc.
 Analytical thinker with proven success in building dashboards and data models (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn).
 Excellent project management skills; able to translate complex goals into actionable roadmaps.Led RevOps / MarketingOps / Growth Tech for a subscription, membership, community, SaaS, or media-to-membership business doing high-ticket and/or recurring revenue.Experience building dashboards that executives actually use to make revenue decisions.Experience operationalizing sales team workflows, including round robin / assignment / SLA alerts.Ability to document and train internal teams (Sales / Membership Success / Partnerships) so they can run playbooks without you.Experience supporting women-founded / community-led brands and understanding tone/experience expectationsStrategic mindset with a "builder" mentality, thrives in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments.
