*AS A SENIOR MANAGER, REVENUE & BUSINESS OPERATIONS, YOU WILL:*

  • Enable new business acquisition, working with Button's Business Development team to research, sell, and close opportunities.
  • Support Button's Partner Success team in servicing partners, understanding their goals, assisting in driving success and growth.
  • Help conceptualize, evaluate and negotiate client contracts. Track contract renewals and implement renewal strategies.
  • Prepare performance dashboards, business reviews, and revenue insights to guide internal and external communications.
  • Monitor partner KPIs, surface opportunities for optimization, and track product adoption.
  • Partner with Button's Solutions Engineering team to coordinate technical implementations and ensure smooth onboarding and continued success.
  • Log and synthesize partner feedback to help shape Button's product roadmap and improve user experience, retention, and growth.
  • Work across Product, Engineering, and Commercial organizations as a strategic bridge to drive consistency and rigor in decision-making around new product initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain product sizing frameworks, including user projections, resource requirements, and market penetration models.
  • Support prioritization of the product roadmap by providing ROI and market analysis.
  • Partner with Button's Marketing team to help track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and top-of-funnel health
  • Administer Button's revenue operations tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and other enablement platforms, while managing a Salesforce Admin resource.

We Look For Teammates Who Have

  • Several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related function at a B2B or SaaS company. E-commerce experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics, KPIs, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing team.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation software
  • Experience with affiliate, mobile, or performance marketing is a bonus but not required.

Compensation And Benefits

Button provides employees with a RemotePlus workplace, which blends "work from anywhere" with in-person collaboration. Button has a "hub" workspace in New York City as well as team members distributed across the United States and beyond. Button's total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets. The on-target earnings range for this role is expected to be between $160,000 - $175,000 (offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above).

In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee's salary annually.
