  • Partner with the Lead GTM Engineer on technical handoffs for projects requiring custom development work
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Salesforce Admin to ensure integrations align with platform best practices and data governance standards

Integration Strategy & Optimization

  • Evaluate new technology requests and conduct vendor assessments to determine fit within the existing rev stack architecture
  • Design integration workflows for tools such as marketing platforms (Pardot), sales engagement tools (MixMax, , Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo), CPQ solutions, and 3rd party data & analytics platforms (GovSpend)
  • Document data flows, field mappings, and business logic for all integration touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate tools, streamline processes, and improve data quality across the revenue ecosystem

Stakeholder Management & Enablement

  • Build strong relationships with revenue leaders to understand pain points and surface opportunities for process improvement
  • Create training materials and enablement programs to drive adoption of new integrations and workflows
  • Communicate project status, blockers, and milestones to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reporting
  • Manage vendor relationships for integration-focused technologies and implementation partners
You are

  • Big-Picture Thinking: You ensure technical solutions align with the company's broader goals, driving growth and operational success.
  • A Problem-Solver Through and Through: You thrive on tackling tough challenges involving multiple stakeholders, sometimes with competing priorities
  • An Expert Communicator: Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, you help everyone—from marketing to implementation & support—work together smoothly while ensuring that nobody goes unheard
  • Always Learning: With AI and technology evolving quickly, you stay curious and flexible, always learning new tools and techniques to stay ahead
  • Driven by Improvement: Self-starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision
  • Adaptable: Familiarity with change management principles and organizational adoption strategies
On your resume
