We are seeking a Project Manager who can lead initiatives with structured planning, mapping, and execution, both locally and internationally. This role is critical for coordinating complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and driving the launch of our product line globally.
Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple work streams including training, consulting, and product design. You will collaborate with leadership to build project maps, track timelines, and ensure successful delivery of internal goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, planning, and execution, turning vision into structured, actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project maps, timelines, and milestones for consulting, training, and product line initiatives.
- Coordinate internal teams to align project deliverables with organizational goals and vision.
- Build and document processes (operations, training, compliance).
- Oversee development of training programs and consultation packages.
- Support product line launch planning, including prototypes, production, and distribution logistics.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to leadership.
- Lead international initiatives, navigating cross-border timelines, regulations, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare, education, and government stakeholders locally and internationally.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Coordinate training and consultation programs.
- Support the rollout of a product line.
- Report directly to leadership with project updates and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management with strong organizational skills.
- Background in education and healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to build project mapping and planning systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once with attention to detail.
- Required: Proven experience managing projects with international scope, including cross-border coordination, regulatory compliance, and multi-stakeholder communication.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
