F Roberts SPG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in hospitality, retail, and commercial projects, delivering high-end results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project management activities to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
  • Manage project documentation and workflows in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and meeting minutes.
  • Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and cost reporting to maintain financial control throughout the project.
  • Review, negotiate, and issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and ownership groups.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and consultants to drive timely resolutions.
  • Support project closeout, punch lists, and warranty follow-up.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM in hospitality, or commercial construction.
  • Strong proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Excel, and project scheduling tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and change orders efficiently.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
