- Competitive compensation and performance-based growth opportunities
- Comprehensive training and professional development in analytics and AI
- Career advancement pathways within the Strategy & Analytics organization

- 401(k) match of 50% on up to 6% of eligible compensation
- 10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of caregiver leave, and up to $10K in adoption assistance
- Collaborative, hybrid work environment that values innovation and data-driven thinking
What Background You Should Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role
Strong proficiency with:
Databricks and SQL Server
- SQL, Python, and PySpark
- Power BI and data visualization best practices
Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
Nice to Have:
- Advanced Alteryx capabilities
- Experience in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
When you're in the business of making connections, diversity and inclusion become part of your fiber. We believe in unlocking the power of diversity to drive digital connectivity.
