Job Title: Analyst II

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:


• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the security industry, and at least two (2) years' experience in the software-level management and administration of complex integrated security solutions


• Factory trained and certified on the AMAG security system platform


• Factory trained and certified on the Lenel security system platform


• Minimum of two (2) years' experience involving project management of multiple entities related to successful physical security system deployments at a facility and enterprise level


• Proven skill at facilitating complex, technical and operational installations, maintenance management and pro-active needs analysis


• Working knowledge of security operations and systems


• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as, independently with minimal supervision


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong attention to written detail, drawings and data


• Skilled in organization and time management


• Receptive to process modifications and implementation


• Confidentiality, respect and professionalism

Responsibilities:


• Track inquiries using problem management database, ensures information is accurate, prioritized and appropriately assigned


• Identify, evaluate and prioritize problems and complaints


• Maintain records, troubleshoot, analyze data, reporting any errors or omissions to onsite manager


• Effectively coordinate between team members, leading and directing work of others


• Ongoing verification of knowledge base accuracy, to include site visits


• Programming of security devices


• Assist with metrics reporting, evaluating efficiencies and improving process


• Interest and aptitude to resolve both internal and external issues


• Special projects, as assigned


• Maintain a satisfactory customer service record

Requirements:

  • Consent to drug and background screening.

  • Must have own hand tools.

  • Must have a reliable vehicle.
