Tommy Tran State Farm Agent of Houston and Missouri City, TX is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese and Chinese

Qualifications for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

  • Bilingual in Chinese OR Vietnamese OR Spanish is highly preferred
  • At least 1 year of insurance experience or client-facing is preferred
  • Property & Casualty License is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Pay: $50, $85,000.00 per year
