Position Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Auto Insurance Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong sales skills, and delivers exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, minumum limited lines license, and has experience in auto insurance or is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in and phone customers with auto insurance quotes, policy issuance, endorsements, and payments.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products when appropriate.
  • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our systems.
  • Handle renewals and cancellations proactively to improve retention.
  • Work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Prior experience in auto insurance is preferred but not required.
  • Sales and customer service mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn software quickly.
  • Must be self-motivated and reliable.

Schedule:

  • Alternating Saturdays
  • Morning and afternoon shifts (rotating schedule)
