Summary:

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides exceptional customer service and technical support to clients in both English and Spanish. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both English and Spanish, providing accurate information and timely solutions.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and policies to provide effective assistance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Fluency in English and [second language], with strong verbal and written communication skills in both.
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
