We are seeking a passionate Showroom Manager to build, coach, and lead our sales team to meet all sales goals. As a General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the showroom including sales, customer service, mentoring and training sales associates. This position will also utilize company resources to keep associates up to date on product knowledge and selling skills. If you have a passion for furniture, home décor, enjoy sales, and are a leader, then here is your chance to shine.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Proactive, Enthusiastic, Positive Attitude
  • Ability to develop a relationship with clients and maintain working relationships
  • Commitment to providing superior service
  • Ability to improve store performance and meet Company's leadership growth needs
  • Able to work varied shifts, hours, and days

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies and maximize store growth
  • Coach and motivate your team to achieve sales goals
  • Ability to meet or surpass sales and profit goals for a high-volume store
  • Ensure each customer has an informative and positive experience by using good customer service skills and job knowledge
  • Recognizing, attracting, hiring, training, and retaining the best talent
  • Manage all store operations
  • Communicating the company vision, goals, and strategies to all team members
  • Leads weekly and daily sales meetings in a way that inspires the team to succeed
  • Ability to provide customer satisfaction through incredible service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $85,000.00 per year
