Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with potential industry clients in the DFW area. Your role is pivotal in identifying prospects, engaging them, and working with management to close them as new accounts.

What you'll do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and research.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Being dependable.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in industry sales or marketing within a related industry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • College athlete, especially golf.
