About Us

is a USPS authorized CMRA provider of virtual office services — including virtual mailbox services, call answering, and virtual assistant support — powered by i24 Group, our global holding company.

We have opened our first U.S. location in Newark, Delaware, and are seeking a proactive, ambitious Part Time Office Manager to establish and grow our presence locally and across the wider Delaware market. This is our first office in the U.S. and we have plans to open further locations in the coming months.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and process incoming mail.
  • Answer and route client calls professionally.
  • Provide basic client support as required.
  • Keep the office organized and running smoothly.
  • Assist with email handling and other administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Motivated and independent, able to work confidently with remote management guidance.
  • Strong communication skills — face-to-face, by phone, and in writing.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Problem-solver with a practical, "make it happen" attitude.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience is helpful.

Location & Hours:

  • In-office, Newark, Delaware.
  • Part-time, Monday to Friday (with potential to expand as the business grows).
  • This will initially be a lone working role, with plans to recruit additional team members as develops in the U.S.
