You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service while responding to incidents as needed. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry and maintain proper credentials. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of the surroundings.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, following established protocols.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activities as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to potential threats or emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate use of force as trained.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
