Work model:

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in New Jersey, NJ. Key Responsibilities:

  • Typical duties include
  • Development -Writing, testing, and debugging code.
  • Designing and implementing new features.
  • Participating in planning meetings and technical reviews.
  • Support deployment.
  • Manage production issues for resolution
  • 8 to 12 years of experience

Required Qualifications:

What you need to have to be considered

  • Strong hands-on experience with JAVA, Spring boot, Openshift.
  • Hands on Experience in Oracle DB.
  • Strong hands-on experience on WMQ,AMQ.

These will help you stand out

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native application development and serverless architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until December 13, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $73,350 – $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
