Job Description:  Hartsfield & Nash Agency, Inc. is a leading provider of insurance solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and comprehensive coverage to our clients. We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Support Representative to join our dynamic team.  As a Commercial Lines Support Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial insurance operations. You will assist agents with policy inquiries, endorsements, claims processing, and administrative tasks while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  •  Assist with policy maintenance, including updates, endorsements, and renewals. 
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance/Proofs of Insurance to customers in a timely manner.
  •  Provide administrative support to underwriters and Account Executives, ensuring timely responses to inquiries. 
  •  Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and policy information. 
  •  Conduct follow-ups on outstanding items to ensure client satisfaction. 
  Qualifications
  • Hold the insurance license required by your state. 
  •  Previous experience in customer service or administrative support, ideally in the insurance industry. 
  •  Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
  •  Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. 
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
