What You'll Do
- Partner with a BCBA to apply ABA teaching procedures during 1:1 sessions.
- Deliver therapy in home, school, and community environments.
- Capture accurate skill-building and behavior data in our user-friendly app.
- Write concise daily session notes that keep families and clinicians aligned.
- Communicate wins, challenges, and ideas openly with your BCBA and regional coordinator.

Who Thrives in This Role — Qualifications & Related Experience
We welcome candidates who are new to ABA and passionate about helping others. You might be a great fit if you have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- An active RBT certification – or the willingness to complete training and pass the RBT exam within 30 days of hire (we'll support you)
- A bachelor's degree (or progress toward one) in psychology, education, social work, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Experience in any of the following fields:
Childcare (nanny, daycare, preschool assistant)
- Special education or paraprofessional support roles
- Teaching, tutoring, or camp counseling
- Mental health or behavioral health settings
- Direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities
- CNA, PCA, or home health care roles
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level-2 background check
- A sincere interest in helping children grow and thrive
