Reporting To: Clinical Director

GreenLee Behavioral Health Services (GBHS) is a community-based core agency. We provide an array of mental/behavioral health services to help a diverse population of children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Our mission is to provide comprehensive mental healthcare by ensuring that quality, compassionate, and ethical practices are rendered.

Key Functions: The primary role of the therapist is to assess and treat mental and emotional health disorders, and offer psychotherapyto individuals who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

· Provide community based individual/family counseling.

· (*_Fully Licensed Therapist only_*) to complete reassessments, individualized recovery plan, safety plan, legal's, advanced directive (if applicable) for assigned individuals in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with assigned paraprofessionals on caseload regarding identified goals to support development of individualized recovery plan (IRP).

· Complete documentation training to ensure understanding of services rendered.

· Participate in monthly mandatory supervision meetings.

· Complete Annual Agency Training (CPR, CPI, ShareNote, etc.).

· Provide referral recommendations based on individual(s) needs.

· Complete Discharge Summaries.

· Traveling Required

Candidate Requirements:

· Credentials (APC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or Advanced Degree etc.)

· Minimum of Masters Degree in Psychology/Counseling/Social Work/Human Services

· Knowledgeable of Therapeutic Interventions/Techniques for C&A and Adults.

· Knowledgeable of DSM-5 ICD-10 Codes/Diagnosis.

· Supervised Trainees (ST)

v Must have graduated with a Master's degree in the above listed field OR have taken and passed NCE/NCMHCE within 9 years of Degree Completion.
