Why this role matters
  • Keep production moving by maintaining CNC laser cutters and turret punch presses.
  • Ensure quality welds by servicing robotic welding cells.
  • Support flow and throughput on automated material handling systems.
  • Protect finish quality via maintenance on our automated powder coat paint line.
Your impact
  • Read and apply assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts.
  • Diagnose, repair, and replace control devices, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic circuits/components.
  • Perform occasional electrical circuit troubleshooting and repair from 12 VDC to 480 VAC 3-phase.
  • Research and source parts using drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
  • Execute PMs and corrective work via our CMMS and follow documented work order procedures.
  • Champion safety and environmental practices while working around heights, electricity, hydraulics, traffic, and heavy moving equipment.
  • Partner with diverse teams and assist crew members in a collaborative environment.
What you bring
  • Proficient with computers, CMMS, and Microsoft Office for maintenance records and troubleshooting.
  • Strong math, clear English communication, and sound judgment to set priorities.
  • Mechanical/electrical know-how, manual dexterity, and the ability to learn quickly with minimal direction.
  • Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and solve problems in noisy environments.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed; safe operation of tools, machines, cameras, phones, scanners, and controls.
Work environment & physical demands
  • Safety-sensitive role in a temperature-controlled industrial environment with occasional outdoor work.
  • PPE required: safety footwear, hard hat or bump cap, safety glasses, hearing protection, harnesses, and respirators when required.
  • Comfort working on step and A-frame ladders; tasks at heights typically up to 20 ft using lifts and fall protection.
  • Vision: near/far focus, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical: balance and agility on stairs/ladders; bending at waist/knees; reaching in all directions; frequent overhead and full-arm work; continuous standing/walking; lift up to 50 lbs; frequent use of hand/power tools.

Positions are available across multiple levels (from Industrial Maintenance Tech Level 1 to Senior Industrial Maintenance Tech). Experience expectations scale with the level selected.
