Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academy Director located in Philadelphia, PA. The Academy Director will oversee daily operations, manage staff, implement educational programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include fostering positive relationships with families, staff, and the community, delivering high-quality educational experiences, and driving strategic goals for the academy. The director will also supervise training initiatives and maintain high standards of care and leadership within the academy.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Educational Leadership and experience in the education field
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families, staff, and the community
  • Ability to lead and deliver Training and professional development for team members
  • Strategic Planning expertise to align academy goals with organizational objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and early childhood education standards
  • Experience in management or leadership roles within an educational setting
