Job Summary

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, precisely entering cash receipts, helpfully supporting billing processes, and fostering strong customer relationships as you follow up on late and delinquent payments. Key Responsibilities

  • Record and apply payments received, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Conduct proactive follow-up on overdue accounts; communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Assess customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, and manage credit terms by following set processes.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
