Title: Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Location: Remote (Santa Clara, CA)
Duration: 3+ Months
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in enterprise IT with 5+ years in IAM, including design and implementation experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Okta and Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory (on-prem and hybrid scenarios).
- Strong knowledge of SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2), lifecycle management, and directory services.
- Experience implementing and managing RBAC/ABAC, access reviews, and entitlement frameworks.
- Familiarity with IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta OIG) and how to integrate or support their operation.
- Proficiency with automation (e.g., Okta Workflows, PowerShell, APIs, scripting).
- Solid experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira, especially related to access request workflows.

- Security & Risk Aware: Understands the importance of access governance and policy enforcement in large-scale environments.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Maintains accurate records and designs scalable, supportable IAM solutions.
