We are hiring a high-performance, hands-on Sales Leader to close high-ticket deals and lead a team of independent sales representatives. This is an on-site role at our Atlanta headquarters.
There is no high-pressure selling here. We simply give the prospects the information they requested so they can make an informed intelligent decision about owning a business. They reached out to us first. Your success comes from understanding their "WHY".
This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for someone who wants significant earning potential tied directly to performance. You will be required to work in the corporate office therefore we are offering a monthly stipend.
Responsibilities
Lead from the front
- Conduct sales calls with warm inbound leads
- Deliver our solution based presentation
- Close high-ticket opportunities
- Maintain a strong personal pipeline and set the pace for the team
Build & lead the sales team
- Coach and support the sales reps
- Enforce daily and weekly KPI expectations
- Improve conversion rates through active leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and develop additional reps as needed
Drive revenue
- Close a combined team minimum of 8 dealership sales per month / 24 per quarter
- Review pipelines regularly and ensure disciplined follow-up
- Help Sales reps overcome prospect's objections
- Maintain consistent performance standards
Compensation (1099)
- Large commissions for your personal production (5%)
- Overrides on all sales closed by your team (1%)
- Monthly stipend to support leadership responsibilities
- Unlimited earning potential
- Independent contractor structure
*Personal Production - closing just 2 minimal deals per month will net you $125,000 a year. Closing just to average size deals will net you $250,000 per year. This opportunity is uncapped, you can always close more deals and larger deals.

Requirements
- Proven success closing high-ticket sales
- Sales leadership experience (3–5+ years)
- Experience managing commission-only or contractor sales reps

- Must work on-site at our Atlanta headquarters
- Comfortable with 1099 compensation and high accountability
