We are seeking an accomplished Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and deliver an elevated culinary experience. This individual will set the tone for menu execution, quality standards, and back-of-house leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu execution to plating standards
  • Collaborate with ownership and creative director on menu design and seasonal specials
  • Manage food costing, vendor relationships, and inventory control
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation compliance
  • Train, mentor, and inspire sous chefs, line cooks, and prep staff
  • Innovate and refine offerings that reflect Mystic Table's American–Italian fusion concept

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or similar in a fine dining environment
  • Strong background with steakhouse and Italian cuisine
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a luxury setting
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Creative yet disciplined approach to menu innovation

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $80,000 per year
