Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales growth while crafting unforgettable guest experiences
  • Conducting interviews, fostering staff development, completing performance-based schedules, and managing workforce allocation
  • Upholding a stellar park operations image through exceptional cleanliness, professional attire, and appearance standards
  • Guarantee outstanding guest satisfaction through effective staff training, cultivating a 'Whatever it Takes' mindset, and demonstrating a hands-on, lead-by-example management approach.
  • Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while ensuring consistent high quality Guest experience.
  • Provide directions to employees regarding operations and procedural issues while developing employees by providing ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as an Attractions, Retail, F&B or Hospitality Manager with a total of 5 years' experience and volume more than $5 million
  • Box Office and Cash Control experience.
  • Food & Beverage experience
  • Amusements and Games experience.
  • Ability to direct multiple employees to drive sales
  • Displaying a positive and team player attitude
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be analytical and detail oriented
  • Stable and progressive work history, Strong work ethic
