Position Summary

The HR & Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting company-wide operations, HR administration, and branch coordination.

This position reports to the Planning & Coordination Director and collaborates closely with HR, Finance, and Branch Management teams to maintain smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accurate PTO and time sheet management.
  • Support company policy updates, document control, and SOP standardization.
  • Assist in branch administrative coordination (6 branches: NJ, GA, IL, FL, TX, CA).
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication, workflow tracking, and issue escalation.
  • Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, training and company announcements.
  • Use Microsoft Teams for communication, task coordination, and document sharing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and administrative efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) documentation and Workflow Process Management improvement.
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple branch operations in a dynamic environment.
