We're looking for a Digital Sales Manager with proven experience in marketing, media, or creative agencies to lead high-value client acquisition and revenue expansion.
You'll represent a powerful suite of services — from AI avatar branding and TVC video production to TikTok/Meta ad campaigns — connecting innovative marketing technology with real business outcomes.
This is a strategic sales role designed for professionals who understand creative storytelling, marketing performance, and client partnership building.
You'll Work With
- U.S.-based SMBs, eCommerce sellers, and creative brands
- Agencies seeking reliable partners for creative outsourcing
- Personal brands, influencers, and KOLs scaling their digital presence
- Businesses investing in AI, video, and content-driven growth
What You'll Do
- Identify, pitch, and close deals with high-value clients and agencies
- Present tailored marketing bundles — digital ads, branding, content, and video creation
- Design strategic proposals and deliver strong sales presentations
- Collaborate with internal creative, video, and advertising teams to ensure excellence in delivery
- Build long-term client relationships with a focus on retention, upselling, and ROI
- Track opportunities and performance metrics in CRM; consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of proven success in digital sales, marketing, or agency business development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and short-form content trends
- Skilled in consultative selling, proposal building, and closing high-value accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong ownership, discipline, and strategic mindset
- Confident using CRM, analytics, and digital collaboration tools (HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
Compensation & Performance Rewards
- Base Salary (Full-Time): $2,500 – $3,500/month
- Probation Base: $1,500 – $2,000/month
- Commission:
- 15–20% during probation
- 8–12% after probation (no cap)
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses: For exceeding revenue goals or securing strategic accounts
Estimated annual earnings (OTE): $70,000 – $120,000+, based on performance and client portfolio.
