POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving community engagement, managing digital interactions, and overseeing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. This role includes leading efforts in social media management, digital advertising, reputation management, leads management, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to build strong customer relationships, develop innovative engagement strategies, and align digital efforts with overall business goals.
This role will be located at 1 of our 3 Houston area club locations and requires routine travel to club locations outside of Texas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Advertising
Oversee the creation and execution of targeted digital ad campaigns for all Athletic Clubs, ensuring alignment with engagement, leads, and sales conversion goals.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve high ROI.
- Work closely with analytics teams to track and report performance metrics.
- Research and present new opportunities for paid media campaigns to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital ad space.
Social Media Management
Manage and create engaging content across all social media platforms to drive measurable results.
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions to build community and address concerns proactively.
Reputation Management
Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback to maintain and enhance brand reputation.
- Implement tools and strategies to track sentiment and identify trends or opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and mitigate reputational risks effectively.
Leads Management
Design and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and follow-through on lead opportunities.
- Leverage CRM tools to track lead engagement and conversion rates.
Community Engagement
Act as the brand ambassador by fostering relationships within the community and organizing events or initiatives to increase visibility.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with local organizations or influencers.
- Ensure alignment between community efforts and overall marketing strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community engagement.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to manage online reputation effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A creative and collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
