Job Description:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in managing full-cycle accounts payable processes from invoice entry through payment and reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, code, and enter invoices to the correct general ledger accounts.
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper three-way matching with purchase orders and receiving documentation.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in partnership with purchasing, operations, and vendors.
  • Perform Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) reconciliations.
  • Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via check, ACH, and wire transfer.
  • Support month-end close by preparing accruals and assisting with reconciliations.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor files and assist with onboarding new suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within the AP function.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of three-way matching, purchase order workflows, and GRNI reconciliation.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong accuracy, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
