REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

- 5 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or facilities management with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication and negotiation skills

- Good people skills for coordinating with various departments and managing staff

- Problem-solving

- Thoroughness and reliability to manage complex processes

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety procedures

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and work in a fast-paced industrial environment

- Experience with taking a manual process and model it into an automated system and use technology including an ERP system, AI and tracing software to drive automation, tracking, tracing and transparency in daily operations

JOB DUTIES

- Logistics and transportation: Planning and managing the flow of inbound materials and outbound materials, including importing and exporting, and optimizing shipping routes and carriers.

- Warehouse and inventory management: Overseeing warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and organizing goods for storage and shipment.

- Supply chain coordination: Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery cycles.

- Cost and performance management: Setting and monitoring goals for sorting, deconstruction, and production. Analyzing metrics to assess and improve performance.

- Customer service: Ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries to meet customer demand and resolving any problems or complaints that arise.

HOURS

- Mon-Fri. 8am-4:30pm

PAY

- $35.00-$40.00/hr DOE

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
