Senior Sales Manager – Corporate Group
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our corporate group sales initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, build strategic relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate group sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and partners
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in corporate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
