As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be part of the team that's building Profound — not just our product, but our people. You'll help shape how we find, engage, and hire incredible talent, delivering a thoughtful and high-touch candidate experience at every step. You'll play a key role in defining how we grow — building the systems, habits, and culture that make Profound an extraordinary place to work.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring every candidate feels informed, valued, and supported.
  • Be the face of Profound for candidates — guiding them through the process with empathy, precision, and warmth.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipelines, track progress, and keep our hiring engine running smoothly.
  • Collaborate on recruiting programs and process improvements, helping us scale efficiently while staying true to our culture.
  • Play a hands-on role in building out our recruiting function, from tools and workflows to rituals and moments that make Profound feel human.

  • An exceptional communicator who knows how to build trust and bring calm to a dynamic process.
  • Experienced in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or people operations (bonus if you've supported multiple teams or high-volume hiring).
  • Excited to help shape a growing company from the ground up, with curiosity, empathy, and a builder's mindset.
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, financial coordination, high-volume assistant work, entertainment systems, or similar high-volume operational fields.
Location

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $90,000 – $100,000. Profound's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
