Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:

As the Recruiting Coordinator for the New York office, you will provide critical support to the regional and local recruiting managers. You will help manage the full attorney recruiting lifecycle, from law school hiring and the Summer Associate Program to lateral attorney recruitment. This role involves coordinating all aspects of onboarding and training for the New Lawyers Group. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering superior service, producing high-quality work, and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Required
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of law firm recruiting experience, preferably working with early professional's programs; experience with viRecruit a plus.

Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this New York position is $95,000 - $110,000.
