About the Role:

We're seeking a driven and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. This role blends leasing responsibilities with property management support — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow in the real estate industry.

You'll work directly with prospective tenants, help manage active leases, and support our Director of Property Management in delivering a five-star experience for both residents and owners.

What You'll Do:

Leasing Responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule and conduct property showings
  • Assist with application screening and lease signings
  • Maintain listing accuracy across rental platforms
  • Take great photos, write compelling descriptions, and market vacant units

Property Management Support

  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes
  • Follow up on maintenance requests and resident questions
  • Help monitor property conditions, lease compliance, and renewals
  • Serve as a communication bridge between tenants and internal departments
  • Support special projects and owner updates as needed

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 1+ year of leasing, real estate, or property management experience (or similar customer-facing role)
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with task follow-through
  • Have excellent communication skills (text, email, phone)
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (AppFolio, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Thrive in a busy, team-oriented work environment
  • Love helping people find homes and solving small problems before they become big ones

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay: Competitive hourly or salaried based on experience
  • Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Occasional weekend showing hours if needed
