Adecco Creative is partnering with an iconic NYC fashion brand to recruit for a Talent Acquisition Assistant role. This position will be temp to perm and hybrid in Midtown Manhattan.

Primary Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition department by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the hiring process. The Assistant will provide support to multiple recruiters, with a focus on scheduling interviews. In providing this support, the Assistant will interact with candidates/applicants, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executives, and other areas of Human Resources as needed.

  • Manage all interview scheduling across multiple functional areas including Creative, Merchandising, Design, Digital, and Ecommerce.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates either virtually via Teams or in person
  • Provide accurate, professional and timely communication directly with candidates to schedule phone or in person interviews, add to Outlook calendars, send meeting confirmations.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, book travel and logistics
  • Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate effective interview scheduling and planning.
  • Act as support and extension of Recruiters, assisting with the sourcing of candidates, running background checks, assisting with onboarding of candidates via the system.
  • Conduct internet research on diversity resources.
  • Track and submit team expenses/invoices.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Recruiting coordination experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, Power Point.
