Assistant Manager / Floating Floor Manager

The Bunker – Indoor Golf Bar & Restaurant

Position Overview: The Assistant Manager / Floating Floor Manager supports the General Manager of a high-volume Bunker location while also providing on-site leadership at other Bunker locations as needed. This role ensures smooth daily operations, upholds brand standards, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Management: Assist the General Manager with ordering, staff supervision, inventory, and daily operational oversight at the assigned primary location.
  • Acting Floor Manager: Serve as the on-duty floor manager at other Bunker locations as needed, maintaining consistency in service, staffing, and guest experience.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house employees to meet service and sales goals.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Operational Excellence: Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the facility, including the golf simulator areas, bar, and kitchen.
  • Event & League Support: Assist in coordinating leagues, events, and promotions to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support inventory counts, invoice processing, and reporting when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hospitality or restaurant experience required (bar or entertainment venue preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
  • Passion for golf, hospitality, and creating fun, welcoming environments

Schedule: Full-time, primarily based at one location with rotating shifts at other locations as needed.

Pay Add Ons: Shift meal, employee discount, paid time off and golf perks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
