Join our dynamic team as a Floor Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities Your expertise in floor care and cleaning will ensure that every space shines, creating a welcoming environment for all. This position is a night position from 8 pm-2 am.

What you'll do

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types, including carpet, tile, and hardwood.
  • Execute carpet cleaning procedures using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure optimal results.
  • Use multiple techniques for cleaning the floors, such as Vacuum, sweep, mop, commercial floor push machine for large areas.
  • Responsibility will include back of house, Kitchen, Lobby, Restaurant area, and employee restroom floors.
  • Must be able reliable and trustworthy.
  • Work independently
  • May turn into more hours for the right candidate if they take on more cleaning responsibilities.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Assist in environmental services tasks as needed to support overall facility hygiene.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in cleaning and floor care techniques.
  • Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting.
  • Knowledge of buffing machines and floor maintenance tools.
  • Experience in environmental services is a plus.
