At Facility Resource Partners (FRP), we specialize in General Contracting, Construction Management/Project Management (CM/PM), and Facility Maintenance services. Our general contracting work centers on tenant fit-outs, renovations, and facility maintenance projects, delivering dependable results from concept through completion.

We're seeking a motivated Assistant or Associate Project Manager with hands-on project experience to support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Preferred Location - Greenville, SC or Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and cost tracking
  • Independently manage smaller projects or portions of larger projects under senior oversight
  • Prepare bid packages, scopes of work, and preliminary schedules
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
  • Maintain client communication and assist with project reporting and closeout

Qualifications

  • Relevant construction experience in project or field management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
